What’s a life experience?
It’s everything you’ve lived through — the seasons you barely survived, the times you rose from disappointment, the moments you had to unlearn what hurt you. Life experience is what shapes your instincts, your perspective, your resilience. It’s wisdom that didn’t come easy, but came anyway.
What’s a life skill?
Life skills are the abilities that help us move forward with grace and intention — communication, emotional regulation, problem-solving, adaptability, time management, boundary-setting. They’re the tools we sharpen to survive and thrive, even in the face of uncertainty.
