What Living truly entails
Life is simply divided into two parts: living and dying. We cannot expect to live and not consider nor prepare for our demise someday.
Living is about caring for others, but mostly about self-care first
The most important trait to possess and confirm one’s existence is their selflessness. The ability to care for others is very paramount, but what’s more imminent is caring for ourselves — our spirit, soul, and body. We cannot give to others from an empty place.
Living is about letting go
Resilience is a key factor when it comes to living. We cannot continue to dwell on or relive past hurtful things to exercise our humane ability. What’s really essential, and can be detrimental to our being, is not embracing the art of letting go.
Living is all about detaching
Sequel to the previous point above, not letting go and attaching our existence or living to something external is like clinging to a thin branch for our safety. We came into the world naked figuratively, and so will we return. Be open to letting go, and detaching, and being free as much as you can control.
Living is about being
Authenticity screams our personality aloud, therefore, we should not let the cloak that we’ve borrowed to shield our true self manifest greater than that. As this is what will aid our living and being more than anything else.
