If you’re a type-A person, you probably understand how arduous it is to cope with overwhelming situations. You find yourself ruminating, wondering and pondering over the littlest things at the slightest provocation.

You’re worried about finding out your true purpose in life and living it, at the same time, worried that you may be incapable of pulling through when it’s figured out.

You’re essentially always worried about different occurrences that may produce similar resultant effects and vice-versa. Oxymoronic-related cases.

It’s taking a toll on your mental mental health and affecting your relationship with loved ones. You feel nudged to act yet feel the need to retreat from moving even a finger.

Thinking is essentially what makes you human and gives room for a lot of changes to take place. But during the process, remember to always exercise the dexterity to think well and worry less so that you’ll live to think again.
