I’m not judging but I’m just asking; why do you hate yourself so much?

I’m not judging but I’m just saying; you’re not that beautiful on the outside so what.

I’m not judging but I’m just asking: why do you pay so much attention to naysayers?

I’m not judging but I dare say: put yourself first.

I’m not judging but I’m just wondering: why do you wear yourself out so much?

I’m not judging but I’m just saying: your past sucks but it doesn’t in any way define you.

I’m not judging but I’m just asking: when are you doing to pick up the pieces of your life?

I’m not judging but just wondering: why do you have to do something you don’t want to do?

I’m not judging but just saying: you view life in such a hopeless way.

I’m not judging but just saying: your childhood contributed to the maladaptive behaviors you exhibit now.

I’m not judging but just saying: life is what you make of it.

I’m not judging but just wondering: why do you force-fit into things that are clearly undersized to your potentials?

I’m not judging but just saying: you could have set some boundaries to uphold your values.

I’m not judging but just saying: marriage isn’t really for you.

I’m not judging but just saying: leave whatever, and I mean, whatever is holding you back.

I’m not judging but just saying: things are bad now but it’d only get better.

I’m not judging but just saying: choose silence in most situations/circumstances that might stir you up.

I’m not judging but just saying: it’s okay to feel jealous but not act jealous.

I’m not judging but just saying: being a parent doesn’t have to be such a perfect job.

I’m not judging but just saying: don’t pass on the traumas of your past upon your kids.

I’m not judging but just saying: you could really need to begin to heal.

I’m not judging but just saying: you can use this sentence when you feel you might be misconstrued for something really important you need to let someone else know.

“I’m not judging but just saying” is an introspective life-saving mantra or sentence beginner.

What are you truly NOT judging someone for but just saying to them? Now is the time to say it!

Your turn.
