Can Overthinking and Impulsion Fit in the Same Sentence?

Overthinking is the hyperbolic form of normal thinking. It is a process that entails tiny details of everything worthy to be thought of. An over-thinker is an over-feeler, overhearer, and most times an over-giver. Everything is in overdrive due to the expansion of every detail in their minds.

But can an over-thinker be impulsive?

To a certain extent, the answer bears both a yes and a no.

Yes: An overthinker carefully curates their thoughts. They analyze everything in their mind to the tiniest details, leaving no stone unturned.

They ask and answer questions about the issue thoroughly. They perceive issues that may arise and equally analyze them and their solutions if possible.

This makes it impossible for an overthinker to miss out on anything that may catch them unawares, unlike in the case of an impulsive person who acts on a whim without much thought or consideration.

No: Because an over-thinker is still human. They tend to miss out on important things as they may be carried away by the theoretical aspects of the issues at hand without much practicality or reality. This…
