Are You Living a Forged Life?
A forged life defines life with a backdrop full of pain, inactivity, unachieved goals & expectations, existential crisis, heartbreak, and loneliness, you name it.
When you live a forged life, you’re mostly existing than living.
You don’t behave normally like a person, parent, friend or lover or fully expend your respective role(s) in life.
You’re constantly in an autopilot mode where you don’t feel, perceive, acknowledge or extend any helping hands more so, seek for help.
As time passes by, you still are not aware that you’re forged and forced to live the way you’re currently living until one day, something tragic happens.
Something that stirs the wheel off-course completely. Something that isn’t the usual cycle where you’d normally ignore it or respond to it haphazardly.
Something that makes you want to be conscious and intentional for the first time
Then you begin to return home.
Your normal sensible self is reactivated. You begin to understand what it feels like to feel again — to love, engage, care, reach out and be reached too.
You find this new feeling uncomfortable yet you’re intrigued to find out more, to fully unravel the wrapped up version of you and finally breathe.
Now, you’re aware and awake
Self-awareness and mindfulness which were once wordplay to you are now the real things. You learn it, breathe it, speak it, preach it — as it continues to bring you closer to getting to understand whom you’ve always been and encourage you to start living it — after all, it’s been the same you all along.
You feel the powerful, yet freeing natural prowess to be who you were truly meant to be.
Suddenly, but not so sudden, your life is back on track and totally unwrapped.
Congratulations, you’re you again like never before — unforged.
